ICC issues arrest warrant for Kadhafi
The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi, his son and another close ally, over crimes against humanity committed against opponents of Kadhafi's regime.

The court, which is based in The Hague in The Netherlands, announced its decision on Monday, just 100 days after the start of Nato's operations in Libya.
Kadhafi, his son Seif al-Islam, and the head of Libyan intelligence, Abdullah al-Senussi are accused of murder and persecution in suppressing the Libyan uprising which began in February.
Three months after French jets flew the first missions over Eastern Libya, Nato is still pounding targets across the country in what has become a war fought on multiple fronts, but which some say is at stalemate.
Thousands have died so far in the fighting, while around 650,00 others have fled the country.
A further 243,000 Libyans have been displaced internally, according to United Nations figures.
