The Nigerian film industry, known as Nollywood, has come to Paris! The first Paris Nollywood Festival took place this weekend with seven Nigerian films being screened over four days. And as RFI discovered, these were not the Nollywood films of the 1990s. New filmmakers are pushing quality over quantity, with an eye towards global distribution.
