UNHCR honours nun who helps LRA victims

In the Democratic Republic of Congo the United Nations High Commission for Refugees has awarded its Nansen Refugee Award to Sister Angelique Naimaka. Sister Angelique helps female survivors of abuse by the Lord's Resistance Army in Dungu in the remote north-eastern part of the country. Celine Schimdt, a UNCHR official in Dungu, explains on what Sister Angelique has done for these women.
