Swedish Defence Minsiter Sten Tolgfors resigned on Thursday amid an arms sale scandal. Earlier this month, Swedish public broadcaster Swedish Radio said the Swedish Defence Research Agency had secret plans to help Saudi Arabia build a factory for the production of anti-tank weapons. The broadcaster hinted the project pushed the boundaries of what is possible for the Swedish authorities. But Prime Minister Reinfeldt insists it is all above board.
