One year ago today Francois Hollande became France's new Socialist president winning 52 per cent of the vote. He campaigned with the slogan "now it's time for change" and promised to be a "normal" sort of guy. Some say he's been "too normal" and there's been little change other than rising unemployment. His popularity has plummeted to a record low of 25 per cent. RFI asked people at a market in Paris this weekend what difference a year of Hollande had made.
