If the web 2.0 meant interactivity online, the third generation of the internet is moving towards connecting people offline. The idea of meeting online to make and exchange goods and services offline is broadly called the collaborative economy. A French collective, OuiShare, is trying to bring people from around the world together around the concept. RFI explores this new economy at OuiShare's first European conference held recently in Paris.
